Just half a mile easy walk from the attractive water sports centre of Instow with its fine sandy beach, dunes, tidal estuary and delightful views across to Appledore. This popular village has shops, quayside pubs and restaurants and the Tarka Trail that runs through the village and around the estuary offers miles of walking and cycling (cycle hire available locally). The market town amenities of Barnstaple and Bideford - including historic panier markets, cinema and leisure centres are both within 5 miles along with the championship golf course and surfing sands of Westward Ho! An ideal location for couples and families who wish to explore the beautiful coast and countryside within this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which is the centre of the North Devon UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
