This property is situated in a quiet secluded part of Whitby and yet it is only a short stroll from the centre of Whitby and the harbour. It is level walking to the beach, but as about thirty three steps lead up to the cottage it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Entrance. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe and one with two single beds and haging space. Also a modern bathroom with bath, shower over bath, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.. An open staircase leads to the first floor where there is a spacious lounge with dining area and a kitchen. The lounge has a picture window with views over the rooftops to Whitby Abbey and St. Mary's Parish Church. The open staircase makes the cottage unsuitable for toddlers. There is a small, sheltered enclosed garden with garden chairs.
