This delightful stone cottage is situated on a 600-acre farm in the heart of Herriot Country, only three miles from the historic Yorkshire Dales market town of Richmond. This countryside setting is perfect for a relaxing break with walks, waterfalls, caves and fells on your doorstep and easy access to cobbled street villages, great pubs and restaurants. This property also benefits from the provision of natural spring water.
Accommodation:
Entrance porch, spacious lounge with "wood burner effect" electric fire and large French doors onto patio. Step up into separate kitchen with dining table for four. On the first floor is a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin. Master bedroom with double bed, dressing table, cupboard and beamed ceiling. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, dressing table and cupboard.

Fridge/Freezer, electric cooker with grill and oven, microwave, washing machine and separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, 32" colour TV, VCR, DVD player. Bed linen and towels are provided. Oil fired central heating. Ample parking space in grounds. Sorry no smoking and no pets.
