This period character cottage is situated in a small yard at the entrance of the cobbled part of Church Street, a short walk to the council car park. Though very close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants, the yard offers a peaceful haven renowned for its flowers in summer. It has recently been completely renovated to a high standard. The accommodation is on three levels. Sitting out area next to the cottage.

Accommodation
Two steps take you to the front door. Entrance through stable doors. Cosy lounge with beamed ceiling, open plan kitchen and dining facilities. There is a feature brick fireplace with electric 'wood burning-effect' stove. Traditonally steeper cottage stairs take you to the first floor where there is a lovely bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Also a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. On the second floor there is an attic bedroom with twin beds and ample storage space. There is a child gate at the top of the stairs.

Refrigerator with small freezer compartment, gas hob with electric oven and extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher. Colour TV with SKY freeview (full Sky if you bring your own card), video and DVD player, radio/CD player. Sky free view box (you can use your own sky card) Gas central heating. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. A travel cot and strap-on high chair are provided. Sunny patio with garden furniture opposite the property. Non-smokers only! One small well-behaved dog is welcome but not allowed upstairs.
