This old stone farm building has been converted into three beautiful cottages. They are situated on a working farm in the rural village of Cloughton, only five miles from the seaside town of Scarborough. The cottages have been completely rebuilt inside and have every modern comfort, leaving old features such as oak beams and cottage windows. The cottages are on the edge of a courtyard with an aviary and children's play area. Fabulous views of the sea in the distance.

Accommodation:
This front part of the larger converted farm building comprises of an entrance hall with stone floor and downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand washbasin. Lounge with electric, ""wood-burner effect "" stove, original stable windows and dining facilities. Half-open, modern kitchen with Belfast sink and breakfast bar. Stairs lead to the first floor. From the landing you have panoramic views of the sea through a large window. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.

Services:
Refrigerator and freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use. Colour TV with DVD, CD player. Oil central heating. Bed linen is provided. Ample car parking space in the grounds. Non-smokers only. One small well-behaved dog welcome but must be kept on a lead outside the property as this is a working farm. The cottage has its own private (gated) patio/garden area with permanent BBQ.
