Eastbound is a cosy, quiet room at the east end of Station House.

The room overlooks the terrace (originally the station platform) local village and rolling hills beyond. It is situated on the first floor accessed via the stairs and has a double bed with luxurious white cotton bed linen, large sash window with interlined curtains and wooden blinds for privacy and to ensure a comfortable nights sleep.

Facilities comprise: a generously sized en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries, large fluffy bath sheets and robes.

There is an Eco mini-fridge with fresh milk and hospitality box. A chest of drawers, clothes rack with additional space for footwear and luggage, two comfy chairs and a small occasional table.

Hairdryer, Flatscreen TV and Free Wifi.

Facilities include:

• Private Off Street Parking for cars and motorcycles.
• High Speed Fibre Optic Broadband WiFi in all Guest Rooms.
• Use of our garden and outside seating areas where guest can relax with a book, afternoon tea or a glass of wine.
• Flat screen wall mounted 32” Smart Televisions with Freeview Channels, Streaming Services available (Amazon Prime Video, Netflix etc via own account and login only.)

ELEGANT AND LUXURIOUS
Station House has two double Bed and Breakfast bedrooms with views over the old railway line (now the Lanchester Valley Walk/Cycleway), the village and rolling hills beyond.
Rooms have been refurbished to offer cosy sumptuous accommodation, with ensuite walk in shower facilities, complimentary toiletries, luxurious white cotton bed linen, large fluffy bath sheets and robes.
Each room has a generous hospitality box with individual Ringtons of Newcastle wrapped teas, Nespresso machines and pods, homemade biscuits, and bottled tap water. Rooms have a 32” flat screen TV, with Freeview channels and free Wi-Fi throughout.
Station House offers Private off-street parking and is within a three minute walk of the local shops, restaurants and other village amenities.
Guests also have use of the comfortable outdoor seating and garden in the summer months where you can relax with a book, afternoon tea or a glass of wine.


THE WAITING ROOM - HOLIDAY COTTAGE
COSY, COMFORTABLE, PET FRIENDLY
Cottage style accommodation in the peaceful grounds of Station House. The original waiting room has been converted into an open plan lounge diner with stairs leading down to a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
Guests can relax in the open plan lounge with its log burner, flat screen TV and Freeview channels.
A well equipped Kitchen/Diner is available for those wishing to cook or we are within a three minute walk of restaurants and eateries in the heart of the village.
The cottage has a Double Bedroom, Ensuite Bathroom with Bath/Shower complete with fluffy towels, robes and complimentary toiletries.
The Waiting Room has a private seating area outside and is pet friendly*
Dog Sitting Service and Grocery Shopping/Laundry Service available on request.

This vacation home is located in Durham. Beamish Open Air Museum and Causey Arch are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Hall Hill Farm and Mini Moos Adventure Farm. Diggerland and Beamish Adventure Park are also worth visiting. Explore all the area has to offer with hiking and cycling.
