A lovely stylish cottage situated over 2 floors in the beautiful historic Devon village of East Budleigh, the birth place of Sir Walter Raleigh. With easy access to Woodbury Common and the local seaside towns of Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth and Exmouth this popular cottage provides an idyllic home from home for 4 people, with provision for infants and well-behaved pets.

Providing a contemporary, stylish and self contained home from home. Jasmine Cottage provides the most excellent location for visiting all that the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has to offer; coastal walks and inland treks, cycling, city shopping, local heritage exploration and so much more... Bicton Arena, Crealy Adventure park, Bicton Park and the seaside Towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are very close by too.

The space
Enjoying a quiet and tucked away location in the centre of the historic country village of East Budleigh in East Devon, this newly refurbished holiday cottage provides premier self catering accommodation for families or groups of up to 4-5 people with an emphasis on comfort, taste, space and light. Outside seating allows you to enjoy the birdsong in the sheltered sunny garden. High chair, stair gate and quality travel cot can be supplied as required (The third single bed is a moveable z bed. Both it and the cot and high chair are placed in Jasmine as required)
By the the famous pebble beach of Budleigh Salterton and extensive sandy beach at Exmouth, there is never a shortage of places to explore and moments to be enjoyed. The village itself enjoys its own tennis court, and outdoor table tennis table, only a 3 minute walk away. The newly refurbished children's play park will provide endless fun for the under 6's. Within 3km there are 2 outstanding 18 hole golf courses, East Devon, and Woodbury Park (where there is also a lovely spa and swimming pool). Bike hire is available in the nearby town of Budleigh Salterton, and many beautiful walks from the cottage to the coastal path and Woodbury Common. Never a shortage of things to do and explore in one of the most beautiful parts of Devon.

Guest access
The entire house, yard and garden plus a private parking space in the courtyard solely for the use of the cottage guests. A small village car park only 30 seconds away for additional visitors. The famous Sir Walter Raleigh Pub in East Budleigh Village Centre is just a 2 minute walk away, along with a well-stocked community shop offering an extensive range of local produce.

Other things to note
The village boasts an excellent 'real ale' pub, The 'Sir Walter Raleigh', with good food and decent wine too! The local tennis court is available for hire and the outdoor village table tennis table is available free of charge. The excellent, community run, local village shop is open every day. There is a well equipped play park in the village too which has recently been updated, as well as streams and fields and farms...everything you would expect to find in an idyllic Devon village. Buses fun through the willage between Exmouth and Sidmouth giving further access to the area from those larger towns.

Located in Budleigh Salterton, this cottage is near theme parks. Fairlynch Arts Centre & Museum and World of Country Life are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include A La Ronde and Cadhay. Otterton Mill and Bicton Park Botanical Gardens are also worth visiting. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
