Fantastic location within easy walking distance of Beach, Park and Village., Rustington

The property is open plan on the ground floor giving it a light an airy feel. The Kitchen is equipped with washer/dryer, microwave and other cooking essentials.

Upstairs it has 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a single bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has a guest bed enabling it to be set up as a twin / double bed or left as a single depending on your requirements. (Please note when pushed together to make a double it will have 2 single quilts.) All beds have silentnight mattresses. The bathroom has an over bath electric shower an is fully tiled.

Outside the front of the house faces onto a grass "square" and the back garden is south facing, so receives full sun in the middle of a hot sunny day. (Parasol available!) On the patio is a picnic bench so you can enjoy eating alfresco! A kettle BBQ is also provided. Wi-Fi can be picked up in the garden as well as the house.

Well behaved dogs are welcome down stairs only (Not in the bedrooms).

The property is only a few hundred yards from Rustington Beach, and a 15 minute walk to Rustington Village centre where there is a Waitrose, Tesco express, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The local Chinese, Indian and local pub are all closer!

Littlehampton seafront with all it's amenities is about a 30 minute walk or short cycle ride away.

The location of the property is ideal if you wish to explore further afield. Arundel with it's castle and Cathedral are worth a visit. The SouthDowns are a short drive away. Brighton and Historic dockyards at Portsmouth are both within an hours drive. London is close enough for day a trip by train.

There are so many places to visit in the area with plenty to do for children and adults alike. Amberley Museum, Weald & Downland Open Air Museum, Habour park and boat trips just to name a few.

The local swimming centre is also within walking distance as is Mewsbrooke Park with it's boating lake, miniature railway(High season and weekends) and playground. Another playground with zip wires can be found just along the seafront towards Littlehampton.

The area is very flat an ideal for cycling. Cycling is now permitted along Littlehampton seafront and the shared cycle path starts just a short distance away from the house. So in our garage you will find some bikes that you are welcome to use. We also have a tandem that can be rented for £30 for the week. If you wish to bring your own bikes / surf boards / kite boards you are welcome to store them in the garage during your visit.

Located in Littlehampton, this vacation home is near the beach. Littlehampton Museum and Look and Sea Visitor Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Arundel Castle and Gardens and Arundel Jailhouse. Traveling with kids? Consider Harbour Park, or check out an event or a game at Arundel Castle Cricket Ground. Discover the area's water adventures with windsurfing and swimming nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling.
