10 King Street - family house in Arundel, Arundel

South Downs. Sleeps up to 5

As one of the few more modern buildings in King Street No 10 has the comfortable advantages of a more up to date building whilst looking out onto the beautiful flint cottages that make King Street one of the prettiest in Arundel. This cottage has 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, ground floor WC and a pretty courtyard garden with outside seating.

The hallway opens onto a bright and spacious double reception room with gas fire and two sofas with a dining area towards the far side of the room opening out onto a sunny courtyard garden. Also on the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen and ground floor toilet.

On the first floor there are 3 good size bedrooms – bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom 2 with two single beds and a further single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with bath and over bath shower.

There is no private parking at the property but the streets around are unrestricted and this is one of the easier areas in Arundel town in which to park.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but they are not allowed on the furniture, upstairs or to be left unattended at the property. There is a charge of £27.50 per dog for stays up to 7 days and £27.50 for each subsequent week.

Arundel is a wonderful town with so much to do. It is dominated by the magnificent Arundel Castle (open end March to October) which has beautiful walled gardens and castle tours. Also in town there is a museum, the Cathedral (just 2 minutes walk away) and lovely walks through Arundel Park. If you walk down the hill in the park you will come to Swanbourne Lake where you can hire a boat to go rowing. A little further on is a bird wildlife centre. Also, close to the centre of town is mini golf, public tennis courts and a large lido all a short walk away.

Located in Arundel, this vacation home is on a river. Arundel Jailhouse and Arundel Castle and Gardens are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Avisford Park Golf Club and Littlehampton Harbour. Arundel Lido and Harbour Park are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing and swimming nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling and hiking/biking trails.
