• ‘Loughrigg’ An outside staircase leads to Flat 11 on the left. It is our 'Much-loved family bolt-hole' which we hope you will find to be a home from home.
• The entrance hall leads to an open-plan Living area with a picture window overlooking private grounds.
• The Living area has 2 comfy sofas, a Smart TV for Netflix, YouTube,
BBC iPlayer etc. There is a DVD player and a small selection of DVD's and books, Guidebooks and OS walking maps. There is a box of children’s games.
• Private Balcony with a table and 2 chairs which you can access from the living room or master bedroom. 2 folding chairs are also available.
• Free unlimited Wifi.
• The Kitchen area is fully fitted with kettle, toaster, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an electric oven with induction hob and a microwave. A food processor and cooking equipment is stored in cupboards. The round dining table has 4 matching chairs.
• The master bedroom has a king size bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. A patio door leads to the Balcony.
• The second bedroom has twin beds. It also has a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, washbasin and WC and a heated towel rail.
• Wall heaters are fitted in all rooms but the Night Storage heaters in the Hall and Living area will keep you warm.
• The leisure Centre has a small swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, open from March to second weekend in November. Also available are washing machines, tumble driers, and a table tennis table.
