Bellevue is a wonderful family home, perfect to enjoy with friends and family, with breath-taking sea views stretching out across the ocean, cliffs and coastline towards Tintagel & beyond. This elegant Edwardian terrace house enjoys a plum location in the picture-perfect village of Port Isaac.
Set over three floors, the stunning view forms the backdrop to the large sitting room which gives you the perfect excuse to while away the time simply chilling out and relaxing.
The bedrooms are set over the first and second floors with two family bathrooms on the first floor and shower room on the top floor. The house offers space, comfortable furnishings, and a welcoming atmosphere for two families to share as it sleeps 12 guests in 7 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms The charming light and spacious fully fitted kitchen boast original slate floors & a large dining table to seat twelve people comfortably for a big family meal. The elegant sitting room has wooden floors, a window seat and a wood burner. There is also a separate utility room at the rear and an outside shower.
The panoramic views from this aptly named property can be enjoyed from the large open plan sitting room, almost all the bedrooms or from the patio to the front, where you can sit, relax and admire almost 180-degree views of uninterrupted ocean. There is also a south facing patio at the back, with a pretty garden to the rear and private parking spaces for two vehicles, along with additional on street parking at the front.
Port Isaac is an absolute gem, with its traditional fishing harbour and colour washed cottages lining the narrow streets, with shops, galleries, pubs and cafes galore not to mention some fabulous walks. It really is a magical haven for a great holiday. Now famous for TV's Doc Martin as well as being home to the Fisherman's Friends, and two of Nathan Outlaw's michelin star restaurants.
A short stroll down the hill takes you to the pretty cove of Port Gaverne offering a host of coastal adventure sports and a popular gastro pub for those who prefer to take things at a gentler pace.
