Wellington House is situated just a few steps from Lowestoft beach, with five super stylish bedrooms accommodating up to ten guests and wide, uninterrupted sea views. You’ll never tire of watching the sunlight on the waves in this unique townhouse, set over four floors.

This stunning home offers a sunroom and a private patio garden, with space to relax both outside and in, perfect if you wish to escape from the hustle and bustle for a few moments of the day for some meditation, coffee or even your favourite read whilst surrounded by nature.

Two dedicated parking spaces are available, one of which is in the garage located at the rear of the property. Additionally, there is free on-street parking to the front, subject to availability.



The Space:
Wellington House features a wonderful blend of contemporary and beachside charm throughout the property. You’ll enter on the ground floor, where there is a small porch for storing buckets, spades, and sandy shoes. Upon entering the house, you’ll instantly feel at home in its warm and inviting surroundings.

Further down the corridor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with modern fittings, including a Rangemaster style gas cooker and hob, fridge- freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a wine- fridge, ideal for chilling a bottle of your favourite tipple!

The spacious dining area seats ten guests, and faces the seaside, where you can enjoy a family dinner looking out over the golden sands and expanse of sea. There is a highchair available upon request.

Up to the first floor, you’ll find a WC part away up the stairs, followed by a king size bedroom and the main lounge area. This large living space stretches across the whole width of the building, with plenty of comfy seating for the whole family, a smart TV, a DAB radio with Bluetooth connection, a PlayStation and of course, beautifully elevated views of the horizon.

On the second floor, you’ll find another king size room, a room with bunk beds and the family bathroom complete with roll-top bath, a rainfall shower, handheld shower, WC and bidet. This floor also has a stunning view of the seaside, a perfect view for eager eyes who like to watch the boats passing by.

On the lower- ground floor you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, one complete with a king- size four poster bed and the other including a twin room (which can be made up as a super king size bed.) There is a travel cot available upon request (please supply your own cot linen.)

There is also a shower room with a rainfall shower and handheld shower and a separate toilet.

This floor leads to the sunroom and patio garden, where you’ll find the easiest access to the private parking area at the back of the house through the gate at the top of the upper garden.

The beautiful period fireplaces are ornamental only and fires are not permitted to ensure guests' safety.

Located in Lowestoft, this vacation home is on the beach. Hollywood Cinema and The Seagull Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include The Marina Theatre and Royal Naval Patrol Service Museum. Lowestoft Maritime Museum and Pleasurewood Hills are also worth visiting.
