Situated amidst beautiful countryside, Gresham and Lower Gresham are truly unspoilt rural villages with many lovely walks along lanes, tracks and through woodland. The villages are only five miles from the seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham with the picturesque villages along the North Norfolk coast all within easy reach. Places to visit in the area include Felbrigg Hall, which is just one mile away and also nearby Blickling Hall. For ornithologists the bird reserves at Cley, Blakeney and Scolt Head are within easy driving distance. There is a pub, shop and petrol station two miles away.

The Roost has been skilfully converted, enjoying a quiet rural setting adjoining the 18th century cottage home of the owner in Lower Gresham. The pleasant sitting room has an exposed pine ceiling and double long windows overlooking the pretty courtyard garden which is a haven for birdlife. The Roost can accommodate those with restricted walking ability and those who may need a wheelchair some of the time. Shop/Pub: 2 miles

Heating: O.F.C.H. included May-Sept and £20 p.w. Oct-Apr, payable on booking.
Pets: Up to two small/one large dog(s) welcome.
Notes: Sofa Bed - allows two further guests to stay at the property please advise use on booking.
