A spacious lodge set in Hartland Forest Golf Parc.
Our beautiful Beach Cottage is situated on the peaceful grounds of Golden Bay Holiday Village, right behind the promenade and just a 3 minute walk from the village centre and the blue flag beach.
The property is bright, airy and contemporary in design with two large comfortable sofas (one is a sofa bed) in the living room. The living space and kitchen are open plan with dining table and six chairs. The bedrooms and bathroom (with walk in shower) lead of the main living area and the front door opens out onto a sheltered decking, the ideal spot to sit with a book or your morning coffee.
Our property borders one of the three large communal lawns so there is plenty of space for children to kick a ball around in the summer. All the greens and gardens are superbly maintained and there is easy access to the private ramp down to the promenade and the parking is not too far away.
Picnic benches are also situated throughout the site with a perfect BBQ area at the bottom of the slope towards the promenade, managed by the local council.
We are only a short walk along the promenade from the restaurants, cafes, shops and amenities of Westward Ho! and the two miles of Sandy beach.
There is an on site launderette for our guests to use. Prior to Easter 2023, wi-fi is an additional cost of £15 per week, after this we will be able to offer complementary internet.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CURRENTLY DEVELOPING A PROPERTY CLOSE BY. THE WOODEN FRAME, CLADDING, ROOF AND WINDOWS WILL BE IN BY THE END OF MAY AND THEN IT WILL BE LEFT TO SETTLE UNTIL SEPTEMBER WHEN INTERNAL WORK WILL RESUME.
Located in Bideford, this chalet is near theme parks and on the beach. Arlington Court and Hartland Abbey are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Northam Burrows Country Park and North Devon Coast. The Big Sheep and Clovelly Village are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
