Approach via long farm track, this barn benefits from stunning countryside views and is surrounded by wildlife, footpaths and fields to explore. The traditional village of Bradworthy and market town of Holsworthy are all within easy reach where you can sample the local pubs and browse the shops. If the sun is shining, the sandy beaches and coves in and around Bude are a short drive away and the Tamar Lakes, where you can fish, enjoy watersports and a wildlife spot are nearby. For those who like to get the heart racing, The Tarka Cycle Trail, South West Coast Path and golf courses at Bude and Holsworthy are also close to Bramble Barn. Local attractions include RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and The Milky Way and The Big Sheep if you also have small children in tow. This tastefully converted barn offers three bedrooms for six guests. On the first floor is one double bedroom with Freeview TV, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC. On the ground floor is one double bedroom and one twin. The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a shower over bath and a WC. The lounge has a Smart TV and a woodburner (with first basket of logs included). The kitchen, which joins onto the lounge, has an oven, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and use of a freezer on request. Outside the property is an enclosed garden accessed via French doors from the lounge, with BBQ and garden furniture. Guests also have access to wander the owner s fields and there is a games barn with table football, 3/4 size table tennis and soft play equipment. There is also an outdoor children s play area with a climbing frame and trampoline. There is ample parking available.
