When I first walked in, I felt a warm embrace. I love the character and charm of this lovely Wee Hoose. A mix of tradition with modern living.. Ground Floor:

Lower Ground Floor:
Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Separate toilet.
Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: With open fire, Freesat TV and DVD player.
Dining area.. First Floor:
Bedroom: With double bed and Freesat TV.. Partial electric heating (underfloor in kitchen and bathroom), electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for open fire included. . On road parking. No smoking. . This three-storey 18th century, Grade B listed property is full of character and period features. You will love to relax in this cosy cottage with all of today’s mod cons. The Wee Hoose welcomes you as soon as you walk through the front door. The living room has a beautiful Victorian coal fire to sit by in the colder months, flat screen TV/DVD player, two lovely comfy armchairs and a two-seater sofa. At the other end of the living room you can sit and enjoy a meal at the dining table or bring your laptop and catch up with some work in total peace and quiet.
Downstairs on the lower ground floor you will find a bright and large fully equipped kitchen with underfloor heating, leading to the separate toilet, and bathroom with its overhead shower. In the kitchen you will discover a small door leading out on to the street which they used to bring in the coal. They still do! The spacious master bedroom can be found on the first floor with a double bed, TV, and lovely views to the rear of the property of some well-kept gardens.
Although there is no central heating in The Wee Hoose, it offers a fantastic open coal fire, with free coal, on the ground floor. There is underfloor heating downstairs and there are electric fan heaters for each room should you need them. This cute Wee Hoose is set in a peaceful private position within a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach which is part of the stunning Fife Coastal Path. Located in the historic coastal village of Kinghorn, it is surrounded with plenty of activities and beautiful towns to explore. St Andrews, Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth are all within easy reach.
Kinghorn Loch is nearby where you can enjoy watersports and open water swimming or visit the surrounding Binn Wildlife Conservation Area stretching from Craigencalt to The Binn at Burntisland which forms a traffic-free area for walker’s cyclists’ horse-riders and bird and nature watchers to discover.

Located in Burntisland, this cottage is on a river. Notable landmarks in the area include Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile. Fife Ice Arena and Deep Sea World are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
