The property sits in truly enchanting gardens and is an oasis of charm enhanced by the sound of the babbling brook and resident songbirds. Views extend over these gardens, across the Charleton golf course and over the Firth of Forth to Berwick Law.

The accommodation is as restful as the location with comfortable open plan living and spacious bedroom facilities. Picture windows offer unrestricted views as an alternative to watching internet enabled smart TV from the reclining sofa. Free wifi is available.

Outside, guests can enjoy the expansive grounds and water features of the main property as well as their own private garden and barbecue area. Alternatively they can stroll up to the stables.

The East Neuk is packed with history, culture and interest and offers the very best in food and outdoor activities including walking, water sports, fishing, golf and riding to name but a few. Historic St Andrews is a 25 minute drive while bustling Edinburgh is only an hour away


The East Neuk (corner) of Fife is an area full fantastic of attractions, events, festivals, outdoor activities and breath taking beaches. Quaint and picture perfect this area is renowned for its charming fishing villages and harbours such as Crail, Anstruther and Pittenweem.

Fishing has been a staple in the life of the East Neuk villages for generations and if you’re up early enough, you can witness the bustle of the harbours in the morning as the boats land their daily catch of prawns, lobsters and crabs of the highest quality. Alternatively you can enjoy the very same seafood in some of the very best restaurants Scotland has to offer.

Explore the fascinating culture and history of the East Neuk along with its historic castles (some reputably haunted) where you enjoy can fine interiors and enchanting walled gardens with woodland and meadow walks. Alternatively grab some exercise with a range of first rate outdoor activities to suit all ages. Take a walk along the Fife Coastal Path to admire the beautiful coastline Or you can uncover some prime diving sites in the Firth of Forth, set sail to the rugged Isle of May or try out activities such as archery, abseiling and kayaking.

Located in Leven, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Hill of Tarvit and Swilken Bridge are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include La Petite Epicerie and Scottish Fisheries Museum. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Wellsgreen Golf Range or Fife Ice Arena. Discover the area's water adventures with scuba diving and snorkeling nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding and cycling.
