Located in the grounds of a magnificent mansion house and country estate, close to the pretty towns of Ladybank and Cupar. Within easy reach to the world famous historic town of St Andrews. Perfect for golf enthusiast with over 50 courses within a 25 mile radius, including the Old Course and the championship course at Ladybank, only 2 miles away. Walkers, hikers and cyclists are well catered for with numerous trails, cycle paths, country parks and nature reserves to explore. The scenic East Neuk with its array of picture postcard fishing villages and sandy beaches are close at hand. With the cities of Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee all within easy reach by car, or by train. As you enter the lodge you will enter the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, from the kitchen you will enter the spacious, bright lounge/diner with wood burner (logs included) and TV/DVD. The king size bedroom is accessed from the lounge and offers a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. There is a lovely mature garden with seating area to the rear of the house which is set amid 50 acres of beautiful private grounds on the esate. Guest are welcome to explore the estate around the established tracks through woodland, un enclosed garden areas and surrounding countryside. There is ample off road parking to the rear of the lodge.
