There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a log effect wood burning
stove. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with patio, furniture, barbecue and shed storage, as well as off-road parking for two cars at the front. The Old Church is a special property from which to enjoy the rural beauty of East Riding of Yorkshire.

There are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy here while nearby attractions including Burnby Hall Gardens, William's Den, Skidby Mill, and York Maze.

This cottage is located in York. St. Michael's Church and Howden Minster are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at North Cave Wetlands Nature Reserve and Eastrington Ponds.
