Just 8 miles from the sandy beaches at Filey, spend the day relaxing in the sand and breathing in the refreshing sea air. An idyllic location for walkers and cyclists, the Wolds Way is just a stones' throw away and there are an abundance of walks and cycle trails straight from the doorstep. Explore the picturesque scenery and wealth of country inns surrounding, or take a stroll around the deserted medieval village of Wharram Percy just 15 miles away. Other historical sites nearby include Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall, both within a 13 miles. You will be wowed as you step into this spacious, detached farmhouse as every room is just as luxurious as the next. The lounge, as with every room at the front of the property, enjoys spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and is adorned with wood burner and Smart TV. Next door lies a cosy reading room, ideal to escape to for some peace and relaxation, and boasts a second wood burner and Amazon Alexa. There is also a ground floor WC. At the other side of the hallway you will find the main hub of the house, the stunning kitchen/diner where no expense has been spared. Fully equipped with everything you could need including an induction SMEG hob, electric double oven, fridge, wine cooler, dishwasher and Lavazza coffee machine, gather round the island and cook up a storm. A large dining table with ample seating for eight pulls the focus of the room and creates the ideal space for the whole family to socialise. A handy utility room is situated next to the kitchen and features a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as providing the perfect space to leave boots and muddy coats after a day exploring. A wooden flight of stairs with glass balustrade leads up from the utility to a spacious snug filled with comfortable seating and large 70" Smart TV, the perfect place to catch up on your favourite shows or snuggle up and watch a movie. Back through to the main hallway and up a grand staircase you will find the four opulent bedrooms. At the front of the house, two super king size zip and link rooms (which can be made up as twins on request), one with an en suite shower room with WC, take full advantage of the breath taking views. At the rear you will find a further two king size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room with WC To complete the interior of the sumptuous farmhouse is a beautiful family bathroom with bath, walk in shower and WC. Heading outside you will find your very own private, heating swimming pool, enclosed in a greenhouse structure to keep in the warmth. A large garden wraps around the front of the house with plenty of space for picnics and games. There is also a decked area adorned with comfortable outdoor furniture for dining al fresco. At the rear of the property is an outside WC and secure outhouse for storing bicycles or beach accessories. There is off road parking for four cars and an electric car charging point.
