The High Barn consists of the Barn House and Foldyard linked to form one large 6 bedroom barn. There are three separate areas of sleeping accommodation each with 2 bedrooms and at least one bathroom. Upstairs in the Barn House a king master with ensuite shower room and a large twin room which can be twin or extra king. The twin room has space for a child's put up bed (U14 only), lovely family bathroom with corner bath and separate shower.
On the ground floor in the Barn there are two bedrooms and a wet room, 1 super king room & 1 small twin room. The final two bedrooms are in the Foldyard, also on the ground floor a superking and a twin room although both of these rooms can be arranged as kings or twins as required. Foldyard has a stunning wet rooms fully tiled with travertine.
The living accommodation is spacious two sitting rooms, one with a wood burning stove. The dining table in the Barn will seat 12, the table in Foldyard is close by and seats 6-8. Plenty of room for cooking with a range oven and a single oven and even better two dishwashers as the kitchens are adjacent.

Not specifically designed for disabled access there are many features that will suit those with limited mobility. There are four downstairs bedrooms, two ground floor wetrooms, 2' 9" wide doorways and hard paving from parking to the cottage.
The two cottages connect by means of doors in the kitchens.
