Four bedroom self catering holiday cottage with two ground floor bedrooms, suited for those with limited mobility. The cottage has underfloor heating thoughout with natural stone and oak flooring. 

Lovely sitting room with beams, comfortable seating, free sat HD TV, hi-fi and free wifi. Off the living area a large kitchen and dining area. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a wet room. One super king room (twin at extra charge) & 1 small twin room. 

Upstairs two bedrooms, a king master bedroom with ensuite shower and a twin with zip & link beds (can be extra king). Family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Room for put up bed (child u14) in the upper twin room.

Outside a large private courtyard garden.

Not specifically designed for disabled access this cottage has features that will suit those with limited mobility. Ground floor bedrooms, ground floor wetroom, 2' 9" wide doorways & hard paving from parking to the cottage. Mobility aids available.

Flexible accommodation, the cottage can be connected to the adjacent Foldyard, when not connected the doors are securely locked (we hold the keys) and sound insulation installed.
