Garden Cottage is a Converted Barn Set in a Delightful South Facing Garden, Guestwick

Norfolk. Sleeps up to 2

The cottage comprises two rooms and a bathroom: to the right of the front door there is a beamed living room with vaulted ceiling, two comfy settees, freeview TV and DVD player whilst at one end is a kitchenette offering full-size fan oven, dishwasher, sink, small under-counter fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave and toaster, and table and chairs. To the right of the hallway is a large double-bedded room with an adjacent bathroom offering bath with electric shower over, basin and toilet. The washing machine is housed in a laundry room to the rear of the cottage. The property is centrally heated outside the summer months, and an electric fire is provided in the living room for cooler summer evenings. Garden Cottage is south-facing and visitors enjoy sitting in the peaceful garden, reading, eating or just watching the wildlife. A garden table and chairs are provided, as well as two sun-loungers and a BBQ. A well-behaved dog is welcome - however, although gated and surrounded by thick hedges, I cannot guarantee that the garden should be considered totally dog-proof if your dog was determined to escape!

Located in Dereham, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Elizabethan House and Row Houses are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Hampton's Home and Garden and Whitwell and Reepham Station. Natural Surroundings and Dinosaur Adventure are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling.

Explore the East of England

Not only the North Norfolk Coast with its vast beaches like Holkham, and salt marshes at Blakeney and Cley, the East of England offers historic Cambridge, Ely Cathedral, the calm beauty of the Broads, pretty villages of Suffolk and a variety of wildlife. It's no surprise it appeals to artists, photographers, cyclists and bird watchers.
