Small balcony with a view towards Lake Windermere and on off-street designated parking space. Well stocked with plenty of DVDs for relaxing indoors. Please note that the apartment is on the third floor, and there is no lift/elevator available.
The space
The apartment is situated on the third floor of the building and is accessed via stairs. There is a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a fully equipped kitchen (please note that there are two fridges and only a small freezer compartment in one of these), an open plan lounge/diner leading onto the the small balcony with views towards Lake Windermere and three bedrooms, one double and two twins.

You will have the whole property to yourself.
There is a designated off-street parking space for one car.

Please note: Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out is before 10:00.
There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost.
The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed.
