This beautifully styled, first floor apartment is set over two floors and sits in a lovely position in the centre of the market town of Keswick, in a quiet spot over a bookshop. If you are looking to explore the Northern Lake District but want to walk out at night and enjoy a nice meal or a few drinks, then this is the perfect place for you. Keswick has a great selection of restaurants and independent shops to explore. You are within just a few miles of Cat Bells, Derwentwater, Skiddaw and Latrigg. Mirehouse and Gardens are well worth a visit on a nice day; walk down to the chapel which sits on the water s edge. Head up a flight of stairs to the first floor and into the property where you will find yourself in the spacious hallway. Here you will find a useful utility room with a washing machine, the perfect space to store your shoes and coats after a day exploring. On this floor there are three bedrooms: one king size, a double and a twin which all benefit from their own en suite with a shower and WC. Heading up to the second floor, you will find a large lounge with stunning views over the fells. There are reclining seats to sink into after a busy day, where you can enjoy your favourite film on the Smart TV or play a game of pool whilst you socialise with your friends or family. Next door is the kitchen/diner which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. At the far end of the kitchen area, there is a formal dining area where you can enjoy some food and drink whilst planning your days ahead. There are two parking permits to use in a public car park which is just a short walk away.
