Princess Street Studios is on the ground floor, and has been thoughtfully decorated in black and white. Green furnishings match the plants and mirrors add to the light airy feel. The elevated aspect of the rear of the building means you have great views over the River Tay (famous for its sunrises and sunsets) and the Fife coast opposite.

The main living area includes comfy seating and a 65-inch TV, plus a dining table with seating for two. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven hob, cocktail station, as well as a large fridge freezer, and a washing machine/tumble dryer.

Choose the bedroom featuring your favourite screen stars; both have a double bed, 55-inch TV, and clothes hanging rail. The larger bedroom also has its own sofa.

The apartment’s elegance continues into the bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, sink unit, and WC.
