Hosting four bedrooms; one king-size double, a double with en-suite, two twin rooms and a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside, you will also find an open plan kitchen and dining area, dining room, cloakroom, and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside, is off road parking for four cars, and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Situated in rural area, and close to many attractions, Paddock House is a wonderful property in a charming part of England.

Today the town has much to offer in terms of restaurants and inns and promotes a series of outdoor retreats with the Dove and Manifold Valleys resting close by. Many fine Georgian buildings still hold their place to this date.

This cottage is located in Ashbourne. Tissington Hall and Churnet Valley Railway are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Whiston Hall Golf Club and Skyride.
