Step into the kitchen/diner, where the exposed beams and the stable door reflect the history of the property, whilst the quality appliances of the Range cooker, the dishwasher and the washer/dryer ensure that you have everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing break. The charm of the property is continued into the sitting room, where the woodburning stove takes centre stage before the plush sofas and the Smart TV. From here, throw open the patio doors to discover your private garden area, where you and your loved ones can dine alfresco whilst soaking up the views of the river and the charming village. As the evening draws to a close, venture up the staircase to find four well-presented bedrooms to choose from, each designed to ensure a tranquil setting to retire to each evening. Alternatively, a short drive will bring you to the villages and towns of Buxton, Castleton and Bakewell, as well as the historic houses of Chatsworth and Lyme Park to brush up on the local history.
