Exe View is a stylish two-bedroom ground floor apartment located in the outskirts of the popular coastal town of Exmouth in East Devon. The 2-mile sandy beach on the Jurassic coastline is just a 7-minute drive away and it links to the Southwest Coastal Path and the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail, bringing you to the quaint village of Topsham to the north.

As you enter the open plan living space, it feels light, bright and spacious and there are far-reaching glimpses towards the Exe Estuary. The living space has comfortable seating and a Freeview Smart TV so guests can wind down and watch a film here after a busy day exploring the coastline. The well-equipped modern kitchen is set to impress, and the dining table and chairs provides a lovely space to enjoy a homecooked meal. Leading off the living space are two beautiful bedrooms and the family bathroom which is fitted with both a shower cubicle and a bathtub. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second has a double bed and patio doors opening out into the back garden. Outside, guests will enjoy use of the private garden which has a decked area with outdoor seating and a small lawn; a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee.

Exmouth has a sandy beach and offers excellent water sports facilities. Coastal and estuary cruises operate from the dock and charter boats are available for fishing trips. The beautiful, pebbled heathlands of East Devon are only a few minutes’ drive from the property and the South West Coast Path is nearby. Hikers should head to Dartmoor National Park with is just a 40-minute drive away and many quintessential East Devon coastal towns and villages are within easy reach. Take a day trip to the cathedral city of Exeter exploring the Underground Passages, Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Exeter Castle before delighting in lunch at one of the many excellent restaurants and cafés. You’ll struggle to fit everything into one visit to Exe View and you will certainly want to stay time and time again! Beach 2 miles.
