Modern, newly created annex attached to characterful Victorian main house. Great location a short walk to the beach. Plenty of secure parking on the gravel drive. Private patio with summer chairs, fire pit and BBQ.

Second bedroom beds can be configured as two singles or zipped together as a double.

Inside there is a bright comfortable lounge / kitchen / diner on the ground floor with a large shower room and two good size bedrooms on the first floor.
The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom can be configured with a double or twin beds.

There are two beaches close by and plenty of water sports such as kayaking, kite surfing, wind surfs, sea fishing etc

Guest access
Plenty of parking space. Easy self check in (if we are not around).

Interaction with guests
We respect your privacy but are on hand if you need anything.

The neighbourhood
The Avenues is a posh area of Exmouth elevated from the town at the west end of the beach.

Getting around
Walking is the big thing here but there are regular bus services, a new, fun road train and great links to the cycle path to Lympstone, Topsham and Exeter

Located in Exmouth, this vacation home is near the beach. Exmouth Museum and World of Country Life are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Otterton Mill and Bicton Park Botanical Gardens. Traveling with kids? Consider Topsham Pool, or check out an event or a game at Sandy Park Rugby Stadium. Discover the area's water adventures with windsurfing, sailing, and fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling.
