Avelin cottage is a one bedroomed cottage, new for Autumn 2020 an extension which consists of a dressing room with an Infrared Sauna, wardrobe, dressing table, 2 small chests, and a comfortable easy chair, Set in open countryside in wonderful teesdale about 1.5miles from centre of the small market town of Barnard Castle, the cottage has a bathroom with X large shower, large heated towel rail, fully equipped kitchen, dining Area with an oak dresser table and chairs, a lounge, 2 leather easy chairs, with TV and DVD player, nest of tables, there are books and magazines, also board games and jigsaws, outside guests have use of large lawn with patio area , and there are 2 Summer Houses to sit in on long Summer evenings plenty of parking, a drive around the property for easy driving in and out of the property, adjacent to the cottage is a utility room with washing machine, and area to dry clothes, also an iron and ironing board the Cottage has electric heating which is thermostatically controlled, through the day the heaters are all set at 18c, in the evening they are all set at 22c and will go off and on to suit.
