The property is deep cleaned between every booking, we continue to maintain a very high cleanliness standard :Foys (Mazeys Place at rear)is a Large Edwardian granite house, in a very quiet area ., (It is situated on the far left of the 'overview/thumbnail' picture of Mounts Bay)Completely refurbished annexe/flat , up new steps, with small balcony & terrace. Homeaway/Ourselves are not adding/charging any upfront damage deposits- damage would only be charged in the event of some Damages.
Luxury King sized bed and kitchenette , with separate lobby leading to luxury bathroom. Central Heating + Heated towel rail in bathroom. All mod cons provided TV/DVD/Work space for laptop, WiFi, Fridge ,Microwave(NB: NO OVEN/HOB),Kettle, Toaster/Sink.Towels& beach Towels Completely separate entrance (stairs) to rear of house, with private balcony. Room overlooks quiet private gardens , offroad /adjacent parking. Dogs allowed but the hosts should be advised (£25 Per stay)
