The bedrooms consist of a double, a second-floor double and a second-floor twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a courtyard with a hot tub and shed containing a washing machine, and roadside parking or a nearby car park. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Old Gate House welcomes a group or family of six to explore the stunning coast of South Wales. Note: There are steps down to the sitting room and kitchen/diner, please take care.

Town: Laugharne is known for its ties with the poet Dylan Thomas. Visiting his Boat House and writing shed, where he penned the majority of his works, is a fantastic experience. Beautiful walks about the castle, with spectacular views of the estuary, can be followed by cream teas in quaint tiny tea places, a drink at the local pub, or shopping in the gift shops and mini market. The neighbouring sandy beach at Pendine is nearby, whilst the seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are further afield.

Located in Carmarthen, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Pembrokeshire Coast Path - South and Waterwynch Spa Retreat are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Pendine Sands. Battlefield Live Pembrokeshire and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking, cycling, and horse riding nearby.
