With three bedrooms, two double rooms and one twin room including two with en-suites, this cottage can sleep six people. There is also a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room. There is a first floor kitchen with dining area and balcony, while downstairs, there is a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture, and off road parking for two cars. Waun Fforest provides spacious, comfortable accommodation for friends and families seeking a break in South Wales.

The countryside is perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers alike. The superb coastline of both is within 20 miles for great seaside days and coastal walks on the world-renowned coastal path.

Located in Llandeilo, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. National Trust - Dolaucothi Gold Mines and Dinefwr Park & Castle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Brecon Beacons National Park and Long Wood Community Woodland. Cae Hir Gardens and Aberglasney Gardens are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, rock climbing, and cycling nearby.
