This uniquely positioned cottage comprises of a split level ground floor which incorporates a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The well presented living room is reached from an internal hallway, off which is the downstairs bathroom which has an electric shower over a generous sized bath. The sun room/Dining room is located via French doors from the living room, all having comfortable seating for relaxing. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, a small airing cupboard housing the boiler is also on this floor. A new fitted kitchen is off the new entrance hall to the left and to the right is access to a new downstairs double bed room with ensuite. All the rooms in this delightful cottage have magnificent sea views and is a fantastic location for either a beach holiday and/or base for exploring the fabulous Pembrokeshire coastline and all its many attractions. Pendine boasts a wonderful 7 mile beach and is world famous for land speed record attempts, a museum in the village is dedicated to its famous history. The township of Laugharne famous for its connection to Dylan Thomas and his Boathouse is only 4 miles away.
