Apartment in Cumbria, Keswick

Lake District. Sleeps up to 4

Located in the pretty village of Rosthwaite in the stunning Borrowdale Valley, the village is the starting point of many walks including over the fell to the hamlet of Watendlath. This is a great base to explore the Lakes either on foot, bike, by car, or by bus. There is a lovely circular walk from Rosthwaite taking in Millican's Dalton's Caves. When walking to castle Crag the stepping stones are always fun to cross at drier times of the year. The Coast to Coast and Cumbria Way walks both pass through the village. The local area offers fishing, rock climbing and water sports and there is a spa just three miles away. As you enter this ground floor apartment you will find yourself in the cosy lounge with a wood burner, comfy sofa, Smart TV, and window seat if you want to read a good book and watch the world go by. Off the lounge, you will find the bright spacious kitchen/diner, with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a double bedroom which is accessed from the kitchen with an en suite shower and WC. Head back through the lounge and down a small hallway, which has a traditional tiled floor and space to hang your coats and store you re your walking boots. The second bedroom follows on through from the hall, it is a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) with an en suite shower and WC.
