There is a great range of walks available from your front door for all abilities. The village pub and tearoom are just 200m away, if you are looking for more action, the local area has a lot on offer from scrambling, climbing and canyoning as well as water sports such as sailing and white water rafting. If you are looking to relax why not take a leisurely cruise across Derwentwater, hire a rowing boat, or enjoy a day at the nearby Spa just 3 miles away.
