Prepare meals in the kitchen using the excellent range of equipment including an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Dine in style at the long table in the large mullioned and lead paned bay window overlooking the rear lawns and woodland. At bedtime, the bedroom has a delightful king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower over the spa bath and WC. Back downstairs, the vast expanse of shared gardens and grounds stretch for over 5 acres with stunning vistas at every turn. Manicured lawns, mature trees and shrubbery surround the majestic property and there is a fountain and a fishpond too. Woodland paths lead through a copse to a viewing point overlooking Orton Scar and the Howgills in the distance and there are trails leading into Orton Village. Parking for one car is available in a designated space close to the front door.
