Meadow View, Letterston

Pembrokeshire Coast. Sleeps up to 8

Positioned in the quaint village of Letterston in South Wales, rests this lovely, four-bedroom home, Meadow View. Just a short drive away from the town of Haverfordwest and hosting a first-floor games room, this holiday home is an ideal base for a family adventure to Wales. On arrival, discover ample off-road parking before entering the back garden, where you can enjoy a cup of tea in the sunshine. Step inside to the kitchen/diner, where the chef of the group can make use of the electric oven and hob to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed together at the dining table. Moving through the home, locate the sitting room; here you can admire the warmth of the woodburning stove as the TV plays your favourite shows. Head into the reading room to escape into the pages of a book or if the weather is nice, venture outside onto the garden, where a barbecue offers alternative dining arrangements. As the evening cools, retire inside and climb upstairs to the first floor to have some family-fun in the games room, where you can test your putting skills with a game of pool. Indulge in a moment of relaxation in the bathroom adjacent to prepare for the adventures ahead. The first floor also hosts a double bedroom with far-reaching countryside views and to discover three more bedrooms, venture downstairs to choose between another two more doubles, one with an en-suite, as well as a twin bedroom. Awaken with a hearty breakfast in the kitchen/diner, as coffee is poured and plans are made for the exciting day ahead. A short stroll will lead you to the award-winning eatery, Something's Cooking, for fresh fish and chips for when you fancy a break from cooking and two pubs, where you can enjoy local ales. Jump in the car to explore the local attractions, with Llys y Frân Country Park & Reservoir for a cycle or walk, tour the Victorian museum at Scolton Manor or spend the afternoon at Scolton Park. Visit the ancient town of Haverfordwest, home to a 12th-century castle and the Welsh Spire Museum to immerse yourself in the past, or if that's not your taste, tee up at Haverfordwest Golf Club. Make the most of your location near the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, where a range of gorgeous beaches can be found dotted along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, from Barafundle Beach a tropical beach, thanks to its white sands and turquoise waters, North Beach with its large stretch of sand ideal for sunbathing, to the secluded shore of Aberfforest Beach. For long-lasting memories in Wales, consider Meadow View.
