Ty Felin is a wheelchair friendly property and the owner has renovated the building with thought and care, including access for disabled users and a wheelchair accessible shower. This converted stone barn is situated on a small farm within walking distance of the town of Newport and the beaches of Parrog and Aber Rhigian both of which are on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Newport is filled with stone and colour washed cottages which look out over Newport Bay, making it very picturesque. There are many pubs, cafes, galleries, shops including post office, chemist, butcher, wholefood shop, convenience store, hardware store and antique shop in the town. This property really does occupy a great location. Activities available locally include golf, sea fishing and angling on the Nevern river, bicycle hire, walking, horse riding, boating and sailing.
