HILLTOP is ideally positioned in the quaint Edwardian town of Llandeilo which is situated in the middle of the Towy Valley. Llandeilo’s impressive stone bridge and signature coloured houses welcome you to its boutique little shops and fabulous places to eat and drink; many of which have won several awards.

The property itself overlooks the beautiful Towy Valley and river, whilst to the front you are only minutes away from the centre of town and a castle.
The space
The inside is both Victorian and modern and is beautifully appointed. You can relax in front of the cosy log fire and entertain in the beautiful open plan kitchen area overlooking the valley. There is also a separate living room with a big corner sofa for relaxing nights in front of the TV. The sofa also folds out to a double bed.

We have two beautiful bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The Victorian style bathroom downstairs is very spacious and has a shower, roll top bath, toilet and sink.
The first bedroom has a King Size bed with its own TV that leads outside to the patio area and the second extremely spacious bedroom has a Super King size bed and double sofa-bed. We also have a travel cot if needed.

Outside there is a large patio and garden area, overlooking the beautiful Towy Valley. An ideal spot for sitting out & dining on sunny days. It also has a balcony area to the side of the kitchen. Ideal for having a drink or two in the evening.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Located in Llandeilo, this vacation home is on a river. Brecon Beacons National Park and Craig-y-Nos Country Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Aberglasney Gardens and National Botanic Garden of Wales.
