Tucked away outside the little village of Carharrack, is the small hamlet of Carnmarth Cove where the barn conversion lies just behind the cottage 'Myloria' accessed via 12 open steps from parking area. Ideal for couples and up to 2 dogs Up to 3 adults, does not accept children Gravelled enclosed Patio area, and enclosed grassed garden area Dog walks right from the gate up to the woods and lakes on top of Carnmarth, see last picture The cottage is really quiet and far from traffic noise, located in-between Falmouth and Portreath. Electric combi boiler provides central heating and hot water Double electric oven, Gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, wine cooler. Really clean and comfortable, The enclosed graveled patio area for use, also enclosed grassed garden area, for enjoying morning and evening sun. Bath and separate shower cubicle with overhead shower. Freeview TV with separate DVD payer with loads of films to watch. DAB radio CD system with loads of DVD's small TV in main bedroom. Parking for one car on site next to the steps, pubs with dining around 2miles away, loads of walks and mining trails right from the door. cycle routes on the mining trails including the Portreath to Devoran 11miles. Portreath, Porthtowan, and Perranporth to thenorth, and Truro, Falmouth to the south. Our dogs are completely separate, and will not bother you or your dogs. Carnmath cove is just up the hill from Carharrack, there is a shop and Chinese takeaway, no pubs of sorts. pubs with dining in St Day and Comford. from the cottage (see last picture) you can walk with your dogs lead free up the paths through the woods and onto the top of Carnmarth with has 2 big lakes, ideal for wild swimming, and a Amphitheatre, which has various performances in the summer.
