Slightly further afield are the rugged cliffs of Hartland, Clovelly, and Crackington Haven. There are attractions for all the family in the area, including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, The Tamar Otter Park, King Arthur's Tintagel and National Trust properties. The nearby town of Bude offers a leisure centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of restaurants and pubs. Fishing and boating are available on the Tamar and Roadford Lakes. As you enter the property on the ground floor the hallway leads to the three king size bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. There is also a bathroom on this level with a shower over the bath and WC. Next to the front door is a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and storage space for beachwear and walking boots. Stairs lead up to the impressive double height open plan lounge/diner and kitchen. There is plenty of space to relax in the lounge which has a Smart TV and DVD player. Outside there is a large enclosed garden, a great spot for a BBQ in the warmer months or to spend time with the children playing games. To the rear of the property there is also a smaller courtyard area, the perfect spot to sit and soak up the sun. The property provides ample off road parking.
