St Austell is only a mile away from the apartment, and is packed with a selection of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities to keep you entertained. The historic Charlestown is within walking distance, and so is Carlyon Bay, whilst the renowned Eden Project is only a short trip away. Alternatively, travel south to the idyllic harbour at Mevagissey, or discover Bodmin Moor by going north. This second floor apartment is accessed using an internal set of stairs from the rear of the property. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a long, airy room full of light, predominantly from the French doors at one end that lead out onto the balcony. The lounge area has a large comfortable sofa, chairs and TV/DVD, with a dining table for cosy meals in. The kitchen is a good size and has a lovely glossy finish. It features an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer, as well as other utensils and equipment you may need on your break. The property offers one bedroom, which has a double bed and sea views through the French doors opening out to the Juliet balcony, plus a lovely en suite shower room with WC.
