Also within walking distance is the stunning sandy beach and wonderful scenic walks along the coastal path. From Seahouses, take a boat trip to the Farne Islands to see the resident seals and puffins or drive across the causeway to visit the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. Other nearby attractions include the castles at Bamburgh, Alnwick, Dunstanburgh and Warkworth and the nearby village of Beadnell. Inside, the accommodation is spacious and bright with plenty of homely touches throughout. Prepare meals in the bright kitchen, which contains everything you will need to rustle up delicious meals while away. Dine at the round table nearby, which sits in a sunny position next to a window. At the end of a long day on foot, settle down on one of the comfortable sofas for a cosy evening in front of the woodburner. With a Freeview TV, DVD player and selection of books and games, you will have everything you need for a relaxing night in. There is also a ground floor WC. Upstairs are two beautifully presented bedrooms, one master king size with a dressing table and plenty of storage and one double with a matching single bed to sleep three. Both bedrooms feature laminate floors and carefully coordinated furniture. The bedrooms share a bathroom with overhead shower. Outside there is allocated parking for one car in a shared courtyard.
