This luxury holiday home is set in 500 acres of farmland. The cottage is ideal for either enjoying the peace and quiet, or as a base to see all that North Devon has to offer. Some of the most breath taking coastal walks in the county are close to the farm and are great for all hikers and ramblers. Surfers and sunbathers can find several local beaches to enjoy the sand and the sea, whilst the nearby village of Hartland has shops, traditional family pubs and a takeaway. Travelling further afield, attractions such as RHS Rosemoor, The Big Sheep and Hartland Abbey are a short car journey away. The property features exposed beams and stonework throughout which retains much of the building s original character. The spacious lounge is heated by a wood burner (logs 5 a basket), has ample comfortable seating, and entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD and stereo. Please note that due to the rural area, Wi Fi signal in the cottage may be weak. The kitchen/diner is fitted out with an electric oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, plus a table seating up to six people. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower room and WC, as well as two single bedrooms, they are all set in the eaves of the barn with low beams and doorways. There is also a family bathroom with WC on the first floor. Outside the house, there is an enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ. Children can play in the fenced play on a shared lawn area with goal posts for playing football. Ample car parking is available.
