The picturesque fishing port of Looe has changed very little over the generations and boasts a harbour from which you can enjoy one of the many boat trips from fishing to a leisurely glass bottom ride out to the island, beach, and a fantastic mix of bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores. Close by is Looe's sister village of Polperro where you will find a picture postcard harbour and colourful narrow streets. Outdoor enthusiasts and will also be in their element exploring the South West Coast Path and scenic Bodmin Moor, or visiting the quaint villages of Lanreath and Lerryn where you can enjoy a relaxed pub lunch and river walks to nearby Fowey. Other attractions accessible from here include Golitha Falls, Cardinham Woods and Lanhydrock House. Step inside this pretty property and you will immediately find yourself in the fantastically light living area with an impressive vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. A stunning feature sky light adds to the ambiance and creates a lovely spacious feel in an otherwise cosy room. Here a comfortable corner group sofa sits in front of a TV and pebble effect electric fire, and provides the perfect place to relax in the evening, and the intimate dining area is a perfect venue for a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day. Compact yet perfectly appointed the kitchen area boasts a fabulous range of appliances including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and also a washer/dryer. Due to the studio style layout the double bed is included in the same room but is separated from living area by a beautiful feature glass wall. Completing the offering is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Three Velux windows in the roof and a large atrium let in the light, but due to their positioning there is no view from the property. There is no outside space at the property but you will be just a five minute stroll to the beach and a great range of shared outdoor spaces. Parking is available in a choice of public car parks, also just a short walk away and it is possible to purchase a weekly ticket.
