This property is ideally located in the heart of Fowey near the Bodinnick car ferry and is just a short walk from the town's quay, pubs and restaurants. Ready Money Cove is also a short walk away with a sandy beach and rock pools. Enjoy a trip to Polruan on the passenger ferry or travel to the village of Mevagissey on a small ferry a pretty coastal boat trip. Slightly further afield, some attractions worth a visit and fun for all the family are the Eden Project, Hangloose Adventures, Charlestown (one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark) or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. For the walkers amongst you, there are countless beaches and coastal walks all within easy reach. Step off the streets of Fowey into this cosy apartment and hang up your coats in the spacious entrance hall. There is also a utility cupboard here with a washer/dryer. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a well equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, the perfect place to create a romantic meal. Serve up a lazy breakfast at the dining table for two or relax on the sofa and enjoy watching your favourite films on the TV, offering a range of DVD's.. The double bedroom is surprisingly generous and light with a vanity area. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC, so relax after a day exploring all that South Cornwall has to offer. There is no outside space with this property, however the beach, quayside and many amenities are within paces of the front door. Parking is available in the public car park opposite (local charges apply).
