A short train ride from the conveniently close by station takes you to the Tarka Trail, favoured by walkers and cyclists alike. Slightly further afield days out include the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter and pretty Torbay. You can also walk out directly from the farm along the banks of the River Taw or explore the picturesque local woods. This converted barn accommodation is arranged on one floor, with original features such as oak beams, floors and windows throughout. There is plenty of seating in the open plan lounge area, with sofas to relax around the Smart TV. There is seating for six around the dining table with views to the courtyard, and a well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There are three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is a super king size zip and link (which can be made into twins upon request) with en suite shower room with shower and WC. The second bedroom is a king size zip and link (which can be made into twins upon request) and finally a twin zip and link (which can be made into a king size upon request). Finishing the accommodation is the bathroom, shower over bath and WC. Directly outside the property, enjoy relaxing on the enclosed private patio area where there is garden furniture to sit and enjoy the fresh air. There is a secure dog walking area for your four legged friends. Young and old alike will enjoy the use of a pétanque area, pool table, table football and dart board.
