On the ground floor you’ll find the open-plan living, kitchen and dining room, which features plenty of room to relax with an L-shaped sofa, a wood-burning stove to add a warming ambience, and a Smart TV for entertainment. There’s also space to enjoy meals together at the dining table.

The kitchen area provides everything you need to prepare something tasty, with its electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and range of kitchenware, as well as a dishwasher for easy cleanup afterwards and a washing machine for laundry. For added convenience there’s a tumble drier in a hall cupboard, as well as a storage closet.

Upstairs you’ll find the property’s two bedrooms, one of which is a double room with a king-size bed and the other a twin room with two single beds. Both come with bedside cabinets with lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a radio, while the double bedroom also has a mirror and chair. Also on the first floor is the family bathroom featuring a bath with electric shower.

At the back of the property you’ll find an outdoor seating area with a table, as well as a handy secure bike shed and off-road private parking.
